General Terms & Conditions

  • Return Window: You may request a return within fifteen (15) days of receiving your order. In cases of damaged or defective items, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue when submitting your request.
  • Product Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and complete with all accessories (if any). Products must be returned in their original packaging, including tags, manuals, labels, and any promotional gifts received.
  • Damage Responsibility: Products that show additional wear, usage, or damage caused by the customer will not be eligible for return. If our quality team determines the damage resulted from misuse, the return request will be rejected.
  • Product Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for another, the original item must first be returned and processed. A new purchase order should then be placed for the replacement product.
  • Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage during delivery, Newborn Suite will cover the return shipping fee. However, if the reason is personal (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Quality Control Check: All returned items are subject to inspection by our quality control team. We reserve the right to approve or decline a return based on product condition and compliance with the above terms.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

In accordance with industry practices and hygiene standards, the following categories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Sale and promotional items: Sale and promotional items purchased during discount campaigns are not refundable.
  • Personal wear items such as underwear, swimwear, and socks.: Like any personal clothing, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Cosmetics, perfumes, and personal care products.: Due to hygiene and safety concerns.
  • Books, software, CDs/DVDs once opened or used (CD/DVD): Due to copyright protection.
  • Customized or made-to-order products including embroidery, special color combinations, and personalized requests.
  • Small accessories Such as bracelets, charms, or decorative components
  • Any other items that are, by law or regulation, deemed non-returnable..

Return or Exchange Procedure

  1. 1. Request Submission: Log in to your account on our website or app, go to the "My Orders" page (My Orders) and select the item you wish to return or exchange.   2. 2. Pickup Coordination:: After submitting your request, our partnered courier will contact you to schedule pickup. The item must be handed over in its original condition, with packaging and any included items, to the courier representative.
  3. 3. Product Evaluation:: Once received, the item will be inspected by our quality control team. If the item passes inspection, the return or exchange will be processed. If it fails (e.g., due to misuse or damage not caused by us), the request will be declined.
  4. 4. Replacement or Refund:: Upon acceptance, we will proceed with either shipping the replacement item (in the case of exchanges) or processing the refund.

Refund Method:

  • Deposit:: For approved return requests, a refund will be issued to the bank account provided by the customer within thirty (30) days from the date of acceptance.
  • Processing Time: Please note that the refund may take additional time to appear in your bank statement, depending on internal banking procedures.
