The mobile messaging service (“Service”) is operated by Bedayat Tifl "Newbornsuite" (“Newbornsuite”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your express agreement to these SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”).
We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify or discontinue the Service or any of its features, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We also reserve the right to update or change these SMS Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
By subscribing to the Newbornsuite SMS service, you acknowledge and agree to receive recurring text messages (SMS) to and from Newbornsuite through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided—even if your number is on a federal or state “Do Not Call” list.
Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technologies. Promotional messages may include offers, abandoned cart reminders, and other marketing notifications.
You understand and agree that participation in this program is completely voluntary and not required for any purchase from Newbornsuite. Your consent is not a condition for any transaction.
We do not charge for the Service, but you remain responsible for all charges and fees imposed by your wireless provider, including message and data rates. Message frequency may vary. Please check with your carrier for applicable fees.
You may opt out at any time by texting ‘STOP’ to [Your Sending Number], or by clicking the unsubscribe link (when available) in any message. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
If you are subscribed to multiple SMS programs from Newbornsuite, each must be opted out of separately unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to change the sending phone number or short code used to operate the Service. You acknowledge that messages sent to an old number, including STOP or HELP requests, may not be received and we are not responsible for any failures as a result.
Participating wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You agree to provide us with a valid and current mobile number. If your number changes, you must re-subscribe using your new number.
To the extent permitted by law, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any failures, delays, or misdirected transmissions of any information sent through the Service, or for any errors in the information provided, or any actions you take (or fail to take) in reliance on such information.
